good fondant
My wife likes to make fondant cakes for the kids birthdays and she always uses Satin Ice fondant. She says that it is easy to work with and also tastes good. I have not been able to find this in grocery stores so I always buy it from amazon (larks candy).
This fondant seems to develop smal cracks after a day or two. I dont know how it compares to other fondants though since we have only tried a few differnet kinds.
