Reliable, sturdy
My husband uses this to make jelly candies & pastilles. They release wonderfully & these are the perfect size for a small amuse bouche. About the diameter of a U.S. quarter. His application uses sugars & gelatins but this mold would probably work well for chocolates as well. Handles the high heat of the melted glucose etc. with no problem & the frame helps keep it stable during cooling phase.
