I am so pleased with this product. Over the Christmas holiday I was making bread bowls for family, friends and neighbors. I am still learning the amount of dough to use and the time to keep them in the oven. (It is different than what I use for my loaves of bread). I use my own bread dough recipe have not had any problems with removing the bowls the from the pan. I plan on getting the 5" bowls (which I ordered more) because I found this size better for adults for their soup or chili.

vary good product as long as you dont go by the receipes exactly because if you go by some of the times the product turn out hard
