Heritage Bundt Pan — Endless Possibilities

The clean lines of this pan make a beautiful presentation on any dinner table. The design is unusual and brings to mind a wind turbine. It is a pan that isn’t found everywhere, so if a distinctive dessert is expected at a bake sale or party, this will be perfect.

I have found that light batters usually show off the design details, but chocolate and gingerbread also work well because a dusting of powdered sugar makes the sharp edges pop. Also, if you have a steady hand, a nice effect is had by piping icing from the center out following just along the edges. I’ve also filled the center with various berries and then placed a bowl of whipped cream on the side to create a large shortcake. The possibilities are endless, but, the beauty of these pans is that the intricate design is the decoration, and icing or other adornment isn’t necessary.

It’s “fierce”

The Heritage bundt pan turns a bundt cake into a total “WOW!” factor. The swoops and swirls turn the cake out beautifully. the pan itself is very high quality, heavy and perfect for baking, the cakes unmold beautifully. I use the spray with the flour in it and that seems to work well.

I was worried cleaning this would be difficult since it has all the sharp creases, and doing dishes isn’t my idea of fun, but because it unmolded so well and is so well made the cleaning was easy. I used my kitchen toothbrush, a soft head that I bought specifically for kitchen use, and gently brushed in every cranny and it washed up easy and ready to use again. Hmmm… chocolate cake sounds good.

It’s wedding time, or birthday time, or anniversary time, whatever time; this pan paired with a copy of “Kiss my Bundt” would make the perfect gift.

Stunning Cakes!

This is my favorite Bundt pan. Everyone who sees a cake from this pan, oohs and ahhs over its good looks. It releases easily and has knife sharp edges. It is also easy to clean. Just don’t use one of the baking or cooking sprays on it, the lecithin in them builds up and ruins the non-stick surface.
