This item works perfect. Prevents a mess when cleaning up. Used it on a third size pan and it fits perfect.

These did not work for my application. Must be used with a very low heat chafing dish. I used in a hot dog cart and they melted and stunk really bad.
A must have!!
I serve chili from a Hot Dog Cart. Saves a lot of clean up time.Wouldn’t operate without it. Well worth it.
