Great Tart Rings From France
The Matfer Brand was founded in 1814 and is located in Normandy France. It is internationally known for its line of pastry, bakery, and catering wares which include whisks, spoons, bread tins, pastry cutters, tartlets (like this one), moulds, mixers, paddles and slicers. Most of its products are used in commercial kitchens.
I ordered a 5.5″ tart ring and had meant to order a 10.25″ version. I have created these reviews for the other sized rings like this 8.75″ one to help remove any confusion. These tart rings are great quality and I believe them to be 5 star worthy based on the 5.5″ one I received. I hope giving the other sized ones a same 5 star rating proves to be correct. I hope they are all similarly made and of the same quality. (They appear to be in the photos and from Matfer’s website).
