Brilliant!
I purchased this item directly from the manufacturer due to the fact that Amazon was out of stock and it just arrived today. In addition to the foundation set I also purchased the pizza party kit. I was very dissapointed with the pizza party set due to the cheapness of the aprons – I had incorrectly assumed they would be fabric as this set’s is. Anyway, I was a bit hesitant to open this set after that dissapointment. I was so happy to see it is all perfect. The apron and mitts are thick and well made. The toque is adorable and the tools are all very well made. They are a bit bigger than I thought they would be – I thought they would be more kid sized however, I do not think this will be too much of an issue. The bowl is absolutely brilliant. In addition to the rubber footed bottom, it has a see through plastic cover with a hole in the center that will allow the child to mix in the bowl and not spill the contents everywhere. Good mixture of things
My 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter is always helping in the kitchen. She didn’t need anymore pretend things but real utensils sized for a child and this is perfect. Her favorite chapter book has become a cookbook!! She’s always planning the next food adventure.
The HIT of Christmas!
My 7 year old son has wanted to be a chef since he was old enough to say the word. He watches cooking shows and loves to help in the kitchen. I got him this set and it has been a huge hit. Some great pictures were taken around the holidays with him in his outfit that I hope will be really meaningful to him as an adult!
