pretty………but
This is a very pretty item. I ordered 2 of them, however the bottom is a bit too small for the top. Neither of mine have a snug fit. The lid is lifted on one side or the other and therefore would not keep your cake fresh!

Beautiful Cake Plate
This is a beautiful cake plate. It is a bit heavy and the top does not have a tight fit in the rim on the cake plate. That is not a problem since the cake won’t last that long. The design in the dome gives it a very elegant look. I looked at so many cake plates before making the decision to buy this one and I am glad I chose the Lexington. It arrived on time and was packed really well. Be prepared for the weight of the dome, but that’s what gives it such a rich crystal look.
Beautiful
This is really beautiful. I’d been on a waiting list for several months for a more expensive covered cake plate. This one is pretty fabulous and I think I’ll be able to use it as a punch bowl too. (I haven’t tried yet, but it looks like it’ll work.) For the holidays– Save some money and still get the crystal bang!
