Beautiful but a bit fragile
Foodies will really like this product. It allows you to cook while still maintaining some fun and whimsy.
Caveat: you need to follow the care instructions for Pomaireware. The temperatures, washing instructions and so forth are important to keep from cracking. This is a rather high maintenance cooking vessel, so if you aren’t interested in investing the time and care, don’t buy it.
Case in point: one Pomaireware product I received, despite great packaging, was broken. It was replaced immediately and no problems since, but I got a good idea of the degree of fragility of clay.
But don’t be scared off! Just follow the care directions and all will be well!
