Great cake pans
These cake pans are way better than the Wilton pans. I have used both and the thicker walls and more heavy duty pans means your cakes will be less likely to dome up. Used with magicake strips and your cakes are nearly flat. This set is a great deal for the 5 sizes you get.
Great pans
These pans are thick and durable. I used them to make a wedding cake and the cakes came out very level and even. I did have a problem when taking the cakes out of the pan, the bottoms stuck to the pand and broke off in some areas, luckily i buttercreamed the missing spots to keep the cake even. I think that also happened on the wilton pan too. Maybe thats just the way it is. I crisco and flour the oans well so … All in all the pans work fine. I am starting to make alot of cakes for people so they will definatly come in handy. Buying these 5 pans set was a better deal than buying the wilton 3 pan set.
LOVE these pans
I LOVE these pans. All my pans are from this line. Cakes bake even and leveled. I had no problem taking them out of the pan. Just make sure you oil and flour generously.
I have the whole collection. The square pans are even better. If you want sharp edges to your cakes then these are the pans you should get. Ive tried Wilton pans and they just don’t measure up to these. Highly recommended.
