Hit a glitch with the cookie sheet
If you see my many reviews on all of the other USA Pans I own, you will learn that I am a huge fan. Heavy, nonstick, easy cleanup … until now. I have been happy with the jelly roll pans, they are performing the same as my other 8-10 USA Pans. However, the cookie sheet has been a nightmare. It is thin. It has stained badly and is unbelievably hard to clean. I contacted USA Pans and the response that I received is that the staining is to be expected and will not affect the nonstick property of the sheet. Wrong! None of my other USA Pans stain and they are a breeze to clean up. The cookie sheet is horrible. I only use it now with nonstick aluminum foil.
Love these sheets, but…
These baking sheets do exactly as they say. They cook well and are unfailingly non-stick. They don’t warp when exposed to high heat and cooling, either.
The only thing I was hoping for that they don’t deliver is and end to discoloration. Used enough, these baking sheets will brown and stain over time and it’s nearly impossible to get them completely clean. So I still use aluminum foil over the top of them, but find them sturdy, efficient bakeware. The three sizes will accommodate anything you’re baking.

My wife loves these and bakes everything from vegetables to cookies on theses pans. They’re high quality, sturdy and easy to clean and MADE IN THE USA! They also make a great gift
