a smart buy for the money
It is expansive purchase for a pot. But it saves time and electric and it’s safe. I used it for the first time to make beef stew, normally I would have to cook in medium heat for at least a few hours. But with this Hotpan I cooked it with low heat for 30 min and let it sit in the green container over night and it’s done. I repeat the process again, because I wanted even more tender. The result of the stew broth is more clear than the old cooking method.
Amazon shipped me a black Hotpan the first time, after raising the issue, a green Hotpan came very quickly to solve the problem. Thanks.
Una nueva olla similar a la tradicional
Yo he usado ollas Kuhn Rikon por más de 30 años y he disfrutado de su único sistema de ahorro de calor por todo ese tiempo.
Aún están como nuevas. Sin embargo un invitado colocó la olla de 3 litros con su cubierta de Melamina sobre el fuego y eso arruinó la cubierta. Por ese motivo decidí comprar una enteramente nueva con su más moderna cubierta de Melamina de Color verde. La calidad de estás ollas es la misma de siempre y quizás mejor por el agregado de
asas plásticas que evitan que uno se queme. Perdonen que este review esté en español.
