The item is PERFECT, exactly what my brother wanted for his bakery so he was extremely happy.
It is super heavy weight and excellent quality. this will last a looong time because it is definitely industrial quality. If need another one, I know where to buy from.
Pull out that measuring tape.
This is a great product, unfortunately it will not fit in a 27" oven. Oven widths are measured using the outside dimension rather than the internal cooking area. So while this pan is great for mass baking mini cupcakes, beware that it may not fit in your home oven.
