Birthday Gift
First order came in with a wrong, broken piece (rooster) in the box. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced – no questions asked. As far as the embarassment of giving a gift that was wrong and broken – it was quickly resolved by the quick and prompt response of the company. I was expecting quite a fight and did not get one.
Thanks for making this right and piece is as described and a pretty piece in her cake plate colleciton. Just be aware – it is more a decorative piece than a practicle piece – the plate is not smooth, the design is raised. A cake would not sit flat, if used for a cake.
