Silicone baking wear
This was my first silicone baking ‘solution’ that wasn’t simply a sheet of silicone over a baking sheet. I had previously used silipat French sheets, so thought it worth a try baking with these.
The first time I put the cake pan in oven I did not use a metal sheet under it and when I almost dropped the cake because these are VERY BENDY. I do not recommend using without a metal support pan or sheet. I have a combo microwave/convection oven which means the microwave reheat for meats is out.
Their clean up is easy and as expected nothing sticks to them.
Perfect
Works great without having to oil the sides of the pan. I always put a cookie sheet underneath to provide stability.
Easy cleanup
I purchased this for my daughter, but have used at her house.Bakes evenly, easy release, easy cleanup, a little wobbly when full of raw batter.
