This dish is so unique, so beautiful, and I am delighted to have it in my pantry. The “Eggplant” color is deep and rich, the dish itself
is almost oval in shape, not round as it appears in the photograph, more shallow than deep, and the Sunflower pattern is lovely.
I am delighted that it can go from the freezer to the oven and can be used in the microwave as well. My one concern, my one
disappointment thus far, is that the bottom edge is not smooth in places, but rough, and I believe it would behoove a user
to always place something under the dish so that it does not mar your surfaces. It is really lovely!

Great Baker
Lovely baker. Makes a very pretty addition to the table. I really love the Sunflower pieces, and own them all- from the tiny individual dish to the large bowl. They have lovely glazes, lead free, and go from oven to freezer, and you can microwave them as well. I use the dishwasher on mine, and they clean up in a snap. Almost nothing sticks to these.
Art and function meet!
This oval baker is not only beautiful but can go into the microwave and oven without damage. It can also go into the dishwasher! It’s more like a fine piece of art than a baking dish. The detail is really amazing.
I saw this piece in a French-themed store in northern Illinois and couldn’t afford it at the time. I was thrilled to find it here on Amazon and for a much better price.
It could be used for an appetizer dish or could just sit on a table with whatever items you’d like inside. It is truly beautiful and I’m happy to have it.
