Fabulous Purchase
I am using this as the cake stand for my upcoming wedding. I love the vintage gold color and ornate detailing on the sides and feet of the stand. I am excited to see how great my cake will look on my wedding day!

Nice but not as Nice as I had expected
I am a professional cake artist and I use a variety of cake stands for my customers. I had a bride who knew what she wanted so I purchased this item specifically for her Indian wedding. This is a decent stand, but the metal is light and cheep and it just has what looks like a spray painted finish. The etching in the metal is not fluid or of high quality; you can see the lines are not curved but made by someone who could only make curves with straight lines. The actual craftsmanship of the etching is poor at best. The design of the etching isn’t too bad, it is just executed poorly. If I priced this item it would be around $35-$40, not the $60 that they’re charging. It did the job, and from a distance it looks fine, but I feel a little disappointed in the value.
