Although this is addvertised as a CookPro 531, I recieved the Excel Steel Roaster. The seller informed me it’s the same exact thing. The measurements are 14 1/2 x 10 3/8 x 4 inches. The quality of this steel is very good. Unfortunately, it was much larger than I needed so had to return it.

I love this pan so much that I bought two for my daughters. They love it too. We use it all time.
It’a all one neds
I was looking for a deep Lasagna Pan. This thing is deep! I made a thick three tier Lasagna with room to spare. In addition I have done a pork roast in it. The dimensions are the size one needs when you don’t have a large family to cook for. It is perfect for wife and I.
