These are the easiest clean up ever. Running water removes the food w/o having to even swish it off manually. Made mac & cheese that sat and still it didn’t stick. No harmful non-stick materials to worry about coming off into food either, unlike teflon coatings. Do not use metal utensils as you wouldn’t use for any non-stick bakeware. It’s a good thing.
