Excellent Gumpaste starter set.
The metal tools in this set helped to decorate a 50th wedding anniversary cake. The metal ball tool was the reason I bought this set, the size and quality easily smoothed the gum paste and created lifelike ripples on the edges of the rose petals. All of the cutters – blossom, calla lily, carnation, stephanotis, quickie sweet pea, rose calyx, rose leaf, and 2 rose petal cutters worked well, but then again most of that was due to a quality gum paste. To get a 5 star rating they need at least 3 rose petal cutters. Not as easy as the rubber molds. But I would not be afraid to use this on bee’s wax or clay. You will need a book if you are a beginner. If you are ordering this to arrive on 1 day shipping the cost is exorbitant but it will arrive on time.
