Cupcaketree.com The Original Large Square Cupcaketree Cupcake Stand

Things got a little tipsy!

This was a nice looking stand. I covered each tier with red paper and silver edging and began to carefully load the 300 cupcakes using the “common sense” the directions called for. Specifically and according to the directions, that meant loading the bottom shelf first and with equal weight, and the top last. As we were loading the last of the cupcases, the bottom of the stand began to collapse. We improvised, propping the bottom shelf up with paper cups…boy was that ever close.

I would, in retrospect, have loaded perhaps 250 cupcakes onto this stand and I believe it would have worked fine and looked beautiful.

Great Product

I agreed to make cupcakes for my girlfriend’s wedding (in a total "what was I thinking moment") and I needed an inexpensive cupcake stand. I knew I wasn’t going to need to reuse it, so a cardboard one was fine, except it needed to be sturdy enough to hold 200 cupcakes, and I didn’t want it to look cheap and cheesy.

This cupcake stand fit the bill! It looked great filled, but even as cupcakes started to fly off the tiers, it still held up well and didn’t look a mess. If you are in need of a stand that is on the larger side and doesn’t look like cheap cardboard, this is your product!
