Truffly Made. Classic European Round Chocolate Truffle, Jelly and Candy Mold, 54 cavities, One step candy pop-out



Still not small enough but works well


Except for the fact that the Truffle Made brand is so expensive I do like the molds. I now have the large (it is too large), the medium and now the small. This small size mold is still a little too big for the sample size I need for the shape I prefer but overall it is a good buy. I like the fact that I can make a lot of truffles with one mold.

Finally had time to use the round chocolate mold and oh my goodness they turned out great.

I was skeptical because I read reviews that said the truffles were hard to get out.

My experience with this is that the truffle centers are gooey and won’t release unless they are given a coat of chocolate or you freeze them first.

Don’t care much for the mess of filling the cavities with chocolate then dumping them back into the melting pot. I simply inject chocolate in the mold and pull it right back out. Then chill a few minutes, add the truffle center and chill again. If they are too soft, gently stretch the mold around each to get them to release pop out easier.

I really love how they turned out!

This mold makes a perfect bite sized cake ball. Cake balls come out of the mold easily and look so beautiful and uniform. Working on collecting the whole set!
