I am a professional baker and recently purchased this product with high hope since it was listed as a “professional ” model. However, after only a half a dozen uses one of the handles developed a crack and shortly after that the metal end cap that hold’s the handle on fell off. I haven’t contacted the company yet to see what they can do about it but so far I am disappointed.

What can I say, This rolling pin is the answer to all my rolling needs. I love it, its big and heavy and my Moravian Spice cookies come out ultra thin. I enjoy when a product exceeds expectation.
