A Fine Product.
I bought these mainly for drying foods, such as fruits and nuts. I haven’t had them that long, but they’ve worked quite well on drying smashed/pureed banana and apple slices.
Anyways, I read a review of a similar/same product, perhaps by the same manufacture, perhaps not, but there were complaints about poor packaging; about the baking sheets not having anything put in between them, so that when they arrived from shipping, the surfaces were scratched and scuffed. Well, perhaps the company heard the complaints, for mine arrived with paper in between all the sheets, and thus there was very little scuffing to any of the surfaces.
I am pleased with the quality of these baking sheets. They seem solid. They’d probably last a lifetime if treated well.
