these pans are just slightly larger than the disposable mini pans you find in local stores. a 21 oz. can of pie filling made 2 pies. the pies after cooked and cooled released from the pan easily (turned them upside down and gave the crust a nudge with my thumb). as with my other fat daddio pans, cleanup was a breeze. I would purchase again
