Rachael Ray Enamel on Steel 16-1/2-Inch Roaster with V-Shape Rack, Orange

Excellent Roaster

I don’t roast much meat, any longer, but I do roast the Thanksgiving turkey. My roaster pan was many years old. I had a good experience with Rachael Ray and her other kitchen ware and ordered this roaster. The price was quite reasonable, and I found my turkey roasted much getter than previous ones.

This roaster is equipped with a rack to help keep roasting foods out of fats and oils while allowing the heat to circulate for even cooking. There s a porcelain enamel exterior and interior, along with a nonstick coating, and large side handles help me carry my turkey from the oven to the table with ease.

I would advise hand washing. Even with the roasted on bits, the roaster was easy to clean. I wiped it dry,and it sparkles like new. I like this very roaster very much, for the money,…

LOVE IT!!

I am a huge rachael ray fan. I have had a cookware set i loved, and just recently purchased another larger set. I have the dishes now and am working on the bakeware and accessories. This roaster is the perfect size, love how the midddle is flat, so you can cook a variety of things in it, always hated how they slanted the rack and everything seemed to fall to one side. Oh and LOVE, LOVE the orange..

Red’s my favorite color

I got the red roaster to replace an overpriced, overrated calphalon roaster I had. I used it Thanksgiving to roast my huge turkey. I roast upside down then 3 quarters of the way i flip the bird. The v shaped rack made that easy. I’ve also roasted duck legs with potatoes and onions and they came out perfectly with no sticking! I detest washing dishes but the pan cleaned up quickly with very little effort using a scrubby sponge… much easier than the black calphalon roaster it replaced. it looks really good too! I am very happy with the roaster. I’m looking forward to using it for a long time and maybe adding a few more colorful RR pieces as well. Happy Holidays!
