Great pan / bakes evenly
I bought this pan because most of my cupcake recipes make more that 12 count, and the extra 20 minutes of baking seemed like a big waste of time. Rather than buy a second 12 count pan, I thought this 24 count pan might provide a simpler solution. So far, I’ve used it twice with excellent results. Both times the cakes were uniformly baked (edge cakes and center cakes baked the same) and released easily with a plastic knife (I don’t use papers or liners).
This is a heavy, solid piece of cookware that is really fun. Don’t forget to buy a 2oz scoop to dispense batter evenly (I bought the norpro 4TBS).

I do actually dream about pans.
I can make tons of muffins in about the same time as a single batch! Wrap! Freeze! Nearly-instant breakfasts!
I love you, huge cupcake pan!
I do always use the paper liners with this one.

I love these cupcake pans. Away with having to wait for the 12 count pans to perform, baking simplified and I love it!
