These Pans ROCK!
I’ve been hunting for the perfect roasting pan. One that is heavy duty, large, shallow, with stout handles. This is it! The De Buyer Mineral line of pans are not “pretty” shiny stainless steel. Nope, instead these pans are made to work! Used in pro-kitchens, they are a pan that will conduct heat properly, and, over time will build up a non-stick surface just like your mama’s cast iron. Two Thumbs Up!
