Makes a great design
ceramic mold does a great job cooking the shortbread dough. My 13 year old son is in touch with his Irish roots- and picked out the pattern. He is quite pleased with it!
Great product with great recipes included
We saw the shortbread pan in a Youtube video. The ceramic “pan” worked well with one of the recipes included with the “pan.” The pan cleans easily and I look forward to my wife preparing more shortbread.

This is a great item if you like plain shortbread but I put an iicing on mine and
It obscures the design that I bought it for.
