Emile Henry 5.4-Quart Roasting Dish, Apricot



Easy to clean, Beautiful, but heavy

Pros:

Easy clean up

Presentable from the oven

Can be frozen and microwaved (If your microwave is big enough)

Sturdy


Cons:

Heavy when filled with food


I had already bought the smaller 9×9 pan like this one before, and loved it so much, I decided to splurge on a larger lasagna pan.

I have made two things so far in this pan, I used it to make vegetarian lasagna and to finish some steaks I was cooking on a cast iron insert for our stove.

First thing, I didn’t spray the pan when making the lasagna. I was making a new recipe and forgot to. The lasagna cooked thoroughly and was easy to get out because of the gloss finish on the inside. I should mention at this point, with it filled
